• Heli experience = bonus
• Running diamond drills safely and efficiently
• Keeping production up and downtime low
• Adjusting to ground conditions and getting the job done
• Maintaining your equipment properly (not abusing it)
• Training and leading your helper
• Handling rods, muds, core, and daily drill operations
• Keeping reports clean and accurate
• Tired of fighting broken rigs
• Tired of poor maintenance
